Rates

Standard pet sitting visits are a full 30 minutes. Longer times and overnights are available too. Dogs generally require 2–3 visits per day. Cats and other animals usually require 1–2 visits per day.
Rates shown as a pair visit for 1 dog or up to 2 cats

♦Additional 500yen on per visit will apply during the following holidays:
Around New Years (12/28-1/4), Golden Week (4/28-5/5), Obon (8/10-8/18).

Confirm your appointment

We will ask you to make a full payment to confirm your appointment.

Payment method

Cash, bank deposit or Line Pay.

Cancellation policy  

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment or cancellation charges may be applied.

Cancellation fee

30% of estimated fees. – cancellation must be submitted no later than 9:00 am of one day prior to the original appointment.

50% of estimated fees. – Cancellation submitted after 9:00 am of one day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Our key policies and procedures

<By Mail>
We will ask you to mail or hand your house key to the sitter. Please make sure that the mail arrives to the sitter before the first visit. We recommend to use a trackable mailing service such as Letter Pack or Letter Pack Plus by Japan postal Co.

Letter Pack Plus provides you a face to face delivery with receipt seal or signature required service and it costs only 510 yen.

We are not responsible for the loss of keys during delivery. Please note, using a regular mail service means that you can not check the delivery status and your mail is not trackable.

<In person>
It’s free of charge if you hand a copy of key to the sitter at your Meet-and-Greet session.
